The Belton Farmer’s Market, hosted by Belton Parks & Recreation, is held every Thursday from 4-7 p.m. through October at the Belton Assembly of God church, 613 E North Avenue. There are a variety of venders who all offer something special and unique. All products sold are homegrown, homemade or home baked.

Second Sundays takes place on Belton’s Main Street, October 9, November 13 and December 11. Come to Main Street and enjoy a Sunday full of local food, beer and shopping at Broken Hatchet Brewing, Mary's Mountain Cookies, 816 Vintage, The Wild Poppy and Marcellas.

Halloween Kids Paint Party, hosted by Belton Parks & Recreation, is at High Blue on Friday, October 21, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Sign up soon to reserve your child’s spot! The $20 per child fee includes all of the paint supplies and a snack. Click here to sign up

Halloween themed Main Street Cruise Night, hosted by Belton Parks & Recreationwill be October 22 from 3-7 p.m. (weather permitting). Car enthusiasts from all over the metro attend Main Street Cruise Nights to get up close and personal with over a hundred unique vintage cars, dine, shop and enjoy Belton’s Main Street. Come see the coolest vintage cars around, on the coolest Main Street around!

Pumpkin Palooza, hosted by Belton Parks & Recreation, will be at Memorial Park on Saturday, October 29 from 6-8 p.m. Join us for free Trunk or Treat, games and music. Come dressed in your best Halloween costume. We strongly suggest families be in the line by 7 p.m. to be able to make it thru the Trunk or Treat line before the event ends. Want to sign up? Pumpkin Palooza 2021

Annual State of the City luncheon will be held at Memorial Station on Tuesday, November 15 at 11:30 a.m. Mayor Larkey will share details on Belton’s progress and discuss city goals for 2023. Everyone is welcome to attend, you do not need to be a member of the Belton Chamber of Commerce. The Belton Chamber of Commerce (chamberbelton@gmail.com) will be accepting RSVPs later this fall. Don’t worry if you can’t make it, the presentation will be live streamed on YouTube and available to view after the luncheon as well.

Mark your calendars! Mayor’s Christmas Tree Lighting will be on Saturday, November 26 on Main Street. The raffle will open at 4:30 p.m. The parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the tree lighting will immediately following. Join Mayor Larkey and the City of Belton for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting and kick off for Operation Santa! Proceeds go to benefit the Belton Welfare Association, which provides Christmas meals and presents for the children and families in need in the Belton community.
